INDIVIDUAL OR PARTNER SPORTS:

1. When you click on the Register Now button below you will be directed to The Bullhead City/Laughlin Senior Games Topscore site.  All of the events are listed in the navigation bar towards the top of your screen.  Detailed information about each sport can be accessed on our calendar page.  

2. Once you have selected an event in which you would like to participate, click on it! You will be directed to the specific event page. There is a red Register Now button very similar to the one on this page.  Click on it!

3. You're almost done!  At this point you will be given three different options: Register Yourself, pretty self explanatory, Register a Family Member, Teammate, or Friend, again pretty self explanatory, the final option is to create multiple registrations.  This option should not be utilized when registering for an individual or partner sport; it is intended for team registration.  Select an option.

4. If you competed in the 2019 Bullhead City/Laughlin Senior Games you already have an account. Please enter that information.  If you have forgotten your password, please enter your email and select the "Yes, but I forgot my password option".  

5. For those of you who do not have an account; enter your email address and select the "I'm new or not sure option".  Now, you must provide your gender, first and last name, as well as your birthdate. Enter a password and select a contact preference. Once you have entered this information you may be prompted to select a division. We have simplified this step.  There are only two options and they're based on an athlete's gender.  Make your selection and click on the "Next: Start Registering" button.

6. We ask for your address, phone number, shirt size, and emergency contact at this point.  We will also ask for your handicap, skills level rating, or partner's name when appropriate. You also have the opportunity to add a photo.  Once all of this information has been entered please click the "Next: Membership" button. 

7. On this page you must, even if you are a returning competitor, select the 2021 Senior Games Athlete Fee of $30.00. Then click on the "Next: Waivers" button. 

​8. Now, you're really almost done! Please carefully read the waiver.  There is a download option.  This allows participants to keep a copy for their records. You must agree to the terms to compete. Now click on the "Next: Check Out" button

​9. Congratulations!  You have registered for your first event.  If you would like to compete in one or more additional events please click on the "Events" button in the upper left corner of your screen and complete a similar process before paying.   ​

TEAM SPORTS:

1. When you click on the Register Now button below you will be directed to The Bullhead City/Laughlin Senior Games Topscore site.  All of the events are listed in the navigation bar towards the top of your screen.  Detailed information about each sport can be accessed on our calendar page.  

2. Once you have selected an event in which you would like to participate, click on it! You will be directed to the specific event page. There is a red Register Now button very similar to the one on this page.  Click on it!

3. The team manager must login and create a team profile first.  This step is relatively simple.  Create a personal account by following steps four and five above.  The next step is similar. However, you are given four options as opposed to three.  You will want to choose the first option "Register a Team".  You may be prompted to select a division. We have simplified this step.  There are only two options and they're based on an athlete's gender.  Make your selection and then click on the red " Next: Start Registering" button. 

​4. On the next screen you will be given the option to create a new team. Click on the red "+ new team".  Now you will be prompted to enter your team name and location. You may also add a team photo to your profile. After entering this information click on the red "Create Team" button. You will be taken to a new screen.  Make sure the bubble next to your team name is selected and then click on the red "Next: Roster" button.

5. Now, you must make a decision.  As team manager you may register the entirety or a portion of your team.  To do this you must be prepared to enter the email and physical addresses, phone numbers, birth dates, emergency contact information, and T-Shirt sizes,  in addition to the first and last names of each your teammates. Or, you may simply register yourself and create the team profile (Skip to step 13). 

6. If you choose to register the entirety or a portion of your team, please click on the red "+ Invite New Person" button in the upper left hand of your screen.  Enter a player's information and click the red "Save" button.  Repeat this step until each of your players is listed under your roster on the lower half of your screen. 

7. The roster ​on the lower half of your screen has five columns: Participant Name, Uniform Number, a pay for option, a membership option, and an option to remove the player from the roster.  If the box next to the "pay for John Doe" is checked this means you intend to pay for that player. You may remove the check mark by clicking on it. Do not do this! If you do not intend to pay for your teammates, return to step five and make a different decision. Before moving on make sure to select the "2020 Senior Games Athlete Fee - $30.00" from the drop down menu to the right of the membership option. Now click on the red "Next: Team Info" button. 

8. On this new "Basic Info" page, you must enter a specific team address and phone number, there is also another opportunity to enter a team photo.  Please enter shirt sizes for you and each of your teammates. Then click on the red, "Next: Checkout" button on the bottom of your screen. 

9. ​The hard part is over! Your team has been added and you should now have a view of your cart.  There is a yellow box at the top of your screen labeled "Missing Event Registrations".  This means we must now complete the individual registration for each of the participants added to your roster in step four. They are listed by name, click on the first.

10.You must now add player specific addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contact information. Once this step has been completed click on the red "Next: Membership" button on the bottom of the screen. The "2018 Senior Games Athlete Fee - $30.00" should be selected already. Please confirm and then click on the red "Next: Waivers" button. You may of course download the waiver but you may not agree to it on behalf of your teammates.  We will have copies to sign at check-in. Click on the red "Next: Checkout" button.  

11. You should have returned to a view of your cart.  Please complete steps 9 and 10 until there are no longer any "Missing Event Registrations" listed.  The yellow box maybe replaced with a blue box indicating missing waivers.  This is to be expected and will not prevent you from paying. 

12. ​Finally, click the red "Pay with Debit or Credit" button.  Submit your information to the secure network and you're done. Congratulations!

13. The roster ​on the lower half of your screen has five columns: Participant Name, Uniform Number, a pay for option, a membership option, and an option to remove the player from the roster.  Make sure to select the "2020 Senior Games Athlete Fee - $30.00" from the drop down menu to the right of the membership option. Now click on the red "Next: Team Info" button. 

14. On this new "Basic Info" page, you must enter a specific team address and phone number, there is also another opportunity to enter a team photo.  Please enter your shirt size and then click on the red, "Next: Checkout" button on the bottom of your screen. 

15. The hard part is over! Click on the registration listed under the boxes heading. 

16. You must now add your specific address, phone number, and emergency contact information. Once this step has been completed click on the red "Next: Membership" button on the bottom of the screen. The "2020 Senior Games Athlete Fee - $30.00" should be selected already. Please confirm and then click on the red "Next: Waivers" button. You may of course download the waiver but you must agree to it before you may proceed.  Click on the red "Next: Checkout" button.

​17. You should have returned to a view of your cart.  There are no longer any "Missing Event Registrations" listed and the yellow box has dissapeared. Click the red "Pay with Debit or Credit" button.  Submit your information to the secure network and you're done. Congratulations, players may now log in and join your team! Those instructions will be listed below.
